Booking policy & FAQ
Good to know before you book.
Deposits
Every appointment needs a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. It is applied to your total on the day.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Give at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit moves to a new date. A deposit can be moved once. No-shows lose the deposit. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule.
Payment
The balance is due at the end of your appointment, by cash or e-transfer.
Guests
Please come alone. Extra guests can't be accommodated in the studio.
Refills
Lash refills must be booked within 2 to 3 weeks, with at least 40% of your lashes still in place. Nail refills apply when up to three nails are missing.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If anything isn't right, tell Stev before you leave so it can be fixed.
